We've used the Sophos UTM for quite sometime, and have been evaluating new email gateways, one of which is the Email Protection in the UTM. In reviewing the options, it appears that any File Extension Filters in place will send the email to quarantine, not block them and send a bounceback message to the sender. Is this true? Is there a way to block those emails and send bounceback messages? We have varying types of attachments that customers try and send, but we don't want to allow. Yet managing the quarantine is not what our users will do either.
Thanks
