Not Filtering

I have configured my UTM 220 9.308-16 for email protection. I have it done exactly as the setup tells me. The UTM is not filtering any mail except for the notifications from the UTM "Exec Report" to me. There are no other emails in the spool or the STMP log.... 

I am running Exchange 2013. I am getting normal mail flow in and out. 

Any help would be appreciated?

    If I disable that it bounces email

    Show about 50 lines from the SMTP log when that was occurring.
