Quarantine before recipient verification?

I'm trying to reduce the quarantine by eliminating all invalid recipients but the callout seems to happen after quarantine. Eg, I release mail to invalid addresses then it bounces. I want them to just bounce and not clutter the quarantine. Is there a way to do this? Can I set an exception to skip quarantine checks for invalid recipients?

    I think recepient verification is not working correctly in your case. Do you see mails blocked by recepient verfication at all in mail manager? Can you describe your mail setup and what kind of mail server you are using?
