Delete all quarantine e-mail

Hi guys,
URGENTLY: How do I delete all quarantine e-mail, I got more than 1 million e-mails in quarantine.

    I changed the days of the quarentine to only 1 day and than refresh the GUI but it still saying more than 1 million in quarentine.

    I change the system date to 25 of March......now everthing is very slow and I am not sure if quarentine was deleted because still showing: Quarantined spam: 1.751.961
