Block E-Mails to specific recipient

Hi!

We have the following E-Mail Server Setup:
Incoming: Remote SMTP -> Sophos UTM 9.305-4 -> Internal Mailserver
Outgoing: Internal Mailserver -> Sophos UTM 9.305-4 -> Remote SMTP

What I need to do is block incoming E-Mails from remote SMTP to a specific internal address (e.g. block messages from remote to group@mydomain.com).

Is that possible?

Thanks, Mike

  • Not possible in UTM i think.

if you have an Exchange Server set up a transport rule which deletes the mails for the specific adress.

Thanks for all your answers. No, we don't use Exchange - we use GroupWise.
