Can't send SPAM to Sophos Labs

My UTM 9 Mail Proxy is working rather well.  However, some occasional SPAM still makes it through, but I can't send them to Sophos Labs via the Outlook add-in, because they are, indeed, Spam.  I get a "Message delivery incomplete" message from do-not-reply@fw-notify.net.  The message contents will read:

Your message to the following recipients was quarantined:

, quarantine reason: Spam (confirmed)

Please contact your IT administrator for further assistance.



It's okay that the quarantine reason is either Spam () or Spam (confirmed), because it confirms that I'm not crazy (well, mostly [:)]); however, my question is "if the message is recognized as Spam, then why am I getting it, in the first place?"

Is anyone else having this problem?  Are there any specific settings anyone can recommend, to help reduce the Spam that does make it through? I haven't found any place to define custom confidence level or probability thresholds.
