Mail quarantin on User Portal not showing

Hi,

This is my actual configuration

- UTM 9.209-8
- Active Directory and RADIUS authentication enable, order first Radius and then AD.
- SSL remote access enable with Radius user group.

Now I have enabled email protection but when I logon with a user I don't see all tabs about Mail quarantine, I see Remote Access tab.
If I change the order of authentication server, first AD and the Radius I see all tabs about Mail quarantine but not Remote Access tab.

How can I resolve this issue?
