After the debacle and running quite smoothly with only 1 or 2 domains being spooled for a week, we again encountered another weird issue. Outlook users began to received multiple duplicates of emails. It started with 3 users experiencing the issue and now escalating to a few more. I am not sure what happened but based on the UTM logs, the email was only processed once.
The main problem is that Outlook 2007 crashes due to processing these duplicate emails. We noticed that deleting the email in OWA resulted to stopping the crash of Outlook.
Checking on the Exchange Server 2007 Hub Transport didn't give any insightful information.
If anyone had experience something like this, we humbly ask for guidance on how did you resolved the issue or of any information which might help us.
