duplicate key value violates unique constraint

Unable to fetch pop  mail from one account (other accounts work fine) using UTM POP3 email protection due to following message in log:

 Warning: UID  (message_id 2632) already present in database
2014:10:18-15:19:57 192 pop3proxy[20332]: Database error: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "modified_headers_pkey"
2014:10:18-15:19:57 192 pop3proxy[20332]: Can't insert mail uid  into database 

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Currently running latest firmware:  9.208-8

    Hello,

    I also encounter this error message in my pop3 log today.

    Database error: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "modified_headers_pkey" 

    I already cleared the database log, rebooted the device but the error is still there
    There are a lot of mails to fetch, but still no luck. 
    I think as long as this database error consists, no mails will be received by my mail client anymore... [:(]

    I am using 9.209-8 firmware
