I have a question using the v9.2 on a utm/sg

How can I configure the firewall to dont send failed delivery emails.

The issue here is, when people send emails to my domain to email accounts that dont exist, I dont want to send a delivery failed, the idea is that the email was simply accepted. 

Can you point me to the right direction ?

    There is no ability to create custom SPAM rules.  Would be nice.  However, there are some selections you can make regarding SPAM, but that's about it.

    You can blacklist specified recipients, but nothing like "always consider email containing 15 or more attachments to be SPAM".

    The SPAM filter / designation the Sophos UTM uses is provided by Cyren (formerly Commtouch).  It generally does a very good job.  Try it out.

    As for why a particular email was tagged as SPAM, for a general idea you can check the E-Mail Manager in the email section, or for more detailed info go to view log files in the logging section and check the relevant log, SMTP or POP3.  You'll probably have to search the forum, or google the line, to learn how to read it.
