RBL lists?

Hi all,

What is the default lists that the current UTM 9.2 uses?  I see black.rbl.ctipd.astaro.local - but what does this actually include?

    In this case it would be great if a provider  is temporarily blacklisted by rbl, then the utm provide the possibility To implement whitelists like dnswl.org so the procedure can flow dynamicly without additional config by admins.
    See my post in german board.
    I am searching for a way to implement a whitelist for rbl without configuring a single withelist by myself. 
    Any ideas to realize These requirement???
