DLP and Email Message Customization

I have configured Data Protection to "Allow on Rule Match" and to notify Administrator.

When an email is sent that matches the rules I've selected, the administrator receives an email like this:

Dear Sender,

Your email has been sent to the recipient. The system identified that you have sent confidential email. If this is in error, please recall your message or get in touch with the recipient.

If you have received this email in error, please contact your Administrator.

Yours Sincerely,

IT Team

This is not very useful.  If I were the sender and received this email, I would have no idea which email I had sent that triggered this warning.

I tried to modify the message under Management->Customization, but the variables %%SENDER%% and %%RECIPIENT%% don't work.  Is there some other way I can customize this email so that it is actually helpful?
