Is there a blacklist/method to block opt-out email sources?

Is there a way to filter sources which use opt-out email marketing vs opt-in?

For example users constantly get on newsletters or email marketing of legitimate companies which they have never purchased goods from or done business with.  They allow you to actually unsubscribe unlike real spam, but the marketing and emails are entirely unsolicited.

    My experience is that real spam is filtered.  The messages that appear to come from opt-out emailers are virtually all from folks that bought their lists from someone where your users opted-in.

    There usually are two lists to opt-out of on those emails; the one behind the specific email and the general one the emailer also lists on the email.  Just make sure your users know there are two places to opt-out on those emails, and they will stop in a few days.
