API or enhanced Outlook add-in for SEA

I need to give my users a 1 click solution to add email senders to their personal block lists on my Sophos email appliance.

Is there an enhanced add-in that adds this feature, or an API to the appliance where I could develop an Outlook add-in/button to create this feature?
