Sophos UTM 9.2 SPX Encryption

Hi Guys,

Appreciate your guys help and experience on subject above, I have performed simple test and not quite sure how the SPX function on Sophos UTM9.2

Below is SMTP sample logs for the testing, email is detected with Matching DLP expression rule however Sophos UTM 9.2 didn't proceed with SPX temaplate as configure and email is sent successfully. Thanks

    You need to specify the Password Settings in the Template. 
    For example "Generated and Stored for recipient".

    After that install the Outlook Plugin and click "encrypt" when writing a new E-Mail.

    I have enabled SPX reply portal in the SPX template.
    The "Reply" button in the recipient PDF works fine.

    Is it possible to attach files e.g another PDF when replying?
    Or is it only possible to reply with simple text?

    At the moment there is no possibility the let the recipients specify their password. Only the sender can specify the password.
    Will there be an update in the near future?
