Accepting SPAM ?!

Hello there,

i got problems with spam.
Please see the attached GIF.

I don't understand, why the utm is accepting the mails for dragomir because there is no such internal user on our exchange environment, the utm should generally block mails for this recipient.

The accepted mails are delivered to our exchange and then a person called me that he got all the mails for dragomir. Don't understand the routing/delivering for this user.

Don't know where to look/configure anything. :-(

  • Agreed with solae.  If I had to guess, someone either played a joke on the person receiving the emails to dragomir, or that person has a secret life. [:D]

    thx for answering.
    The person onley hat its own mailadress (person@mail.tld), no additional adress or relay-group.

    The utm has to check the exchange and there's no such recipient, so why are there so many accepts?

    Ok, then i'll have to block this in general.
