Manage TLS negotiation (e.g. disable RC4)

Regarding Transport Layer Security (TLS), I see only configuration options based on destinations (e.g. enforce/disable TLS for certain domains or networks). Are there any options to modify the settings deep in the bowels of TLS itself? For example, how could one disable or at least strongly discourage the use of RC4 encryption?

    RC4 is disabled in V9.2.  I don't think there's a supported (or even an unsupported) way to do it before.

    RC4 is disabled in V9.2.  I don't think there's a supported (or even an unsupported) way to do it before.
