Hi,
Our Sophos UTM is doing a reasonable job at blocking SPAM email, and I have no concerns about the overall solution, but there is a general perception across the business that the amount of SPAM emails that is reaching users inboxes is on the rise.
We have seen some real examples from our users and been requested to add them to our spam lists.
The reality is this isn't pratical, and most genuine SPAM emails will ultimately be classified within a few pattern updates.
The one feature we would find useful is a SPAM submission process, ideally something we can instruct our end users to do directly, and other anti-spam providers have been know to do.
I've looked over the boards and haven't been able to find an answer to this question. Is this possible with the SPAM engine / Licnece / Contract with Sophos support?
Thanks,
Iain.
