We have a project with a customer. They would like to use Sophos UTM to manage incoming and outgoing spam for a large number of exchange mailboxes and domain names.
They would like to "warn" incoming spam and block outgoing spam. I made some tests in 9.1 and 9.2 but I can't find a way to make this configuration.
If I set "warn" for incoming message, outgoing spams are not blocked, even if I activate the " Scan relayed (outgoing) messages" option.
I was thinking about a SMTP profile bind to any domains (with a wildcard) but there is no possibility to accept SMTP connections from a specific list of hosts for a profile.
Did someone here already had this request or do you have any ideas about how to use a profile for a specific host only ?
