Sophos ES1100 attachement filtering

I have 2 ES1100 in service. once in a while I will get a complaint from a user that an attachment was removed. EX: "Potentially dangerous attachments were identified and removed from this message." Is there a way to have sophos report the names of the attachments that it has blocked? I know how to find the email and release it, but I am unsure how to edit/change the attachment blocking. Any info is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Rob,
    welcome to the UTM forum.

    I think you are looking for the Sophos end point forum which has nothing to do with the UTM. The UTM is a firewall with lots of security features, not a desktop application.

    Rob, as Ian says, this isn't the right place for questions about anything other than the UTM which was the Astaro Security Gateway before Sophos acquired Astaro.  You want SophosTalk community - SophosTalk community.

    PS At present, the secure PDF capability of your ES1100 isn't yet released on the UTM, but will be included when V9.2 is released in the coming months.

    will the SPX in the UTM encrypt attachments? Like xray scans that are pdf's or tiffs, and also medical files that are in PDF's and maybe word DOCs?
