ActiveSync Exchange 2003

Is there a work around to make UTM9 work with Exchange Active Sync 2003? I have a BlackBerry Q10 I am trying to connect, the 10 series does not use BES and requires Activesync or IMAP.

Well I upgraded to Exchange 2010, still working on Blackberry, OWA and Active Sync connections, at least mail is flowing
