Active Sync Connection to Exchange 2003

I have a new Blackberry Q10 and I cannot get the Active Sync to connect. I am using UTM 9, latest version. I have been running OWA for years to my Exchange 2003 sever and a BES, the BES and Exchange are both VM on a 2008 R2 server.
Port 80 is pointing to a website on the 2008 server, 443 is pointed to Exchange for OWA. My DNS points to my UTM and is forwarded to exchange. I have added a second MX setting with a 20 cost to my DNS to point to the Exchange server. 

What settings need to be made to allow Active Sync to connect to the Exchange server through the firewall?
