[9.105-9] smarhost bug

Hi All

It seems that if you have smarthost configured under smtp settings and you disable the smtp funtionality, UTM will keep trying to send email using the smarthost.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Enable smtp and configure smarthost
2) Disable SMTP without disabling smarthost though
3)Try to enter webadmin with invalid password (in order for UTM to send email out regarding failed webadmin-assuming notifications are enabled for this event)

Hi Ian

I had nothing under notification>advanced. This is how it used to work before and I used to get notifications with no issues (all notification except quarantine emails )
