Hi, Shahzad, and welcome to the User BB!

Like Olsi said, I bet you can ping sghgroup.com.sa, but that you can't connect with telnet sghgroup.com.sa 25. We guess that your ISP is blocking port 25, or that your IP is on a blacklist used by them. If you're trying to send from the IP you were behind when you made the above post, it is blacklisted by Barracuda, CBL and Spamhaus Zen, among others: Email Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted

thanks all. yes it was a problem of port25. as my ISP have assigned my IP to anyother clinet.
