Out Office Office BATV

If I send an email to someone who has OOO enabled UTM rejects the reply with 'BATV' given as the reason in the SMTP log. I have done a bit of research but the only option I see viable is to switch off BATV?

    Bob I tried everything for internal server domain without success! unchecking scan outgoing emails will work but is to risky
    EDITED: I have to find out why with the new trial MailServer everything goes fine!
    1 thought, the email has a sender now...
