I installed the brand new v.9.103-5 on some Sophos ASG's at various firms last evening.
Today, on one of the boxes at a law firm, They've had emails from 2 different clients of theirs being rejected as Confirmed SPAM. This should not be happening, as there is nothing SPAMmy about them.
Both of the rejections were of clients using AT&T email - which is interesting
(I've made minor changes to disguise, but you'll get the idea. There is no way these should suddenly be rejected!!!)
1. Was from "judgejones@att.net". The subject was "Re: Monday". It's not good for attorneys to bounce messages from a judge. The atty and Judge Jones had communicated on the same email thread previously, including yesterday, with no issues.
2. Was from "bobjsmith@att.net". The subject was "Fw: This years Altar Ministry Docs". The atty and the church person had communicated on the same email thread previously, including yesterday, without issue.
So something is going on with this new release, or the SPAM blocker, etc.
Any ideas?
