Hello.
We have around 30 Security Gateways from Sophos running with customers of us. About a month ago it started that the email proxy got "stuck" when running for a while. No further emails could be received. First we thought it had to do with the Tobit David Server, but then customers running Exchange and Outlook started to have the same trouble.
The only solution is to stop pop3 proxy until all emails are received, and then reactivate it again. Needles to say that this is not the way we thought of it.
Only message we get in the pop3 live log is:
2013:07:07-14:40:04 astaro pop3proxy[21716]: Unknown cssd response: 500 Internal Server Error
2013:07:07-14:40:04 astaro pop3proxy[21716]: Fatal: Scan failed due to some weird reason
It started with the 9.1 update i think.
All UTM´s are the newest versions, all the Signatures are the newest.
Any ideas?
