All POP3 emails are reported as spam for only ONE POP3 email address

Hi All
I have one POP3 email address that gets emails from a forum, 99% of these emails are caught by the spam filter.
1. As there are a couple of hundred email address (that are vetted before being added to the forum) adding a white list is totally impractical.
2. As I understand the POP3 Spam Filter is on or off.
3. Exceptions can be made for sending pop3 email address or host.

Any thoughts how this can be done other then setting the mail server to see if it can send IMAP.

Thanks

Mark

  • Mark, if I understand correctly that the emails are coming from a forum, you could make an Exception for the mail server IP that relays them to you.  Any luck with that?

  • Thanks Bob
I had thought of that also, but so far I have been unable to see/find a common linkage.
I was hopping to find something in the headers.

Yea I did find something that I could use that I missed before.

Thanks Bob for getting me to look again.
