How set mail proxy send and listen interfaces

Hi,
I have a system with 2x external interfaces in uplink and 10 public ip address.
How can I set to listen to smtp traffic only to a specifip public ip address and not to all?
How can I set to send smtp traffic only from one specific public ip address?
