quarantaine report not showing action button

hello all,

Hello,

We just successfully upgraded the martins Hotel astaro v7 to UTM 9.
Everything is working except the quarantaine reports by mail.
They are arriving, but the action field is empty.
 

I found on the astaro page the known issue ID 21895 and was wondering if there is already a workaround of fixed date

in the user portal the release/whitelist/... option is working

    Hi, and welcome to the User BB!

    21985 is about a different issue.  On the 'Advanced' tab in 'Quarantine Report', is the 'Hostname' an FQDN that resolves in public DNS to the IP of your External interface?  In internal DNS, does it resolve to the IP of the Internal interface?

    Hi all,

    i found the problem.
    Eveyrhing was indeed perfect configured, but I had to disable the options and re-enable it.

    I think with the upgrade process some function where not really wel activated...

    so case closed
