Ie Version or Chrome Version

Hello
Which version of IE or Chrome must use with HTML5 portal VPN.
I have IE9 and seem that l have version problem, because, a can not show my ssh session.
I get following error

IE9 hardly supports any html5 features (The HTML5 test - How well does your browser support HTML5?), so it will not work. With IE, you will need to use v10. With Chrome use 24.x, which is the current release branch.

With Chrome 24x, ssh windows session not show. could you give me advice.
Should i disable something in chrome before ?
