Email Distribution List

Hello All, Using Sophos UTM 9

We have an email DL called info@domain on our Linux in-house server which has a couple of users as members of the DL. Mail addresses to info@domain is delivered fine - the call-out must be working. 
However, if a messages is quarantined, releasing it doesn't deliver it to the members of the DL. Do we need to add the info@domain address as an additional address under users? Or is there something else I am not understanding in how it works?

    Sorry we are not on the same page. The email server is doing exactly what is needed. But distribution of email is done only when it arrives at the mail server. BUT, any mail quarantined by the UTM is not then passed on to the mail server and how can the users retrieve mail from the quarantine?
    This is the bit I don't get.

    I think I now get it!
    The user manual has a section; "Define Internal Mailing Lists".  This seems to do what I am trying to work. 
    I will see what happens when we get another quarantined email addresses to info@domain.
