[solved][9.003] Prefetch seem to work for selected accounts

Hi All

I have configured multiple pop3 servers under the relevant section but it seems that prefetch only works for 2-3 of them. The accounts that are "not working" are all pop3 with no SSL

All the relevant accounts have been configured on the user portal as well

Example of a pop server

Accepted client connection from 192.168.2.15 for 212.227.17.187 (GMX Servers server_id 2)
2012:10:02-19:28:38 ****** pop3proxy[29698]: Client 192.168.2.15 logged out
2012:10:02-19:28:40 ******** pop3proxy[29723]: Accepted client connection from 192.168.2.15 for 212.227.17.187 (GMX Servers server_id 2)
2012:10:02-19:28:50 ******* pop3proxy[29723]: Client 192.168.2.15 logged out

it seems that prefetch doesn't work for this account though

I am also getting the following logs

2012:10:02-19:18:53 ****** pop3proxy[28502]: Server timeout
2012:10:02-19:18:53 ****** pop3proxy[28502]: Prefetcher exception occurred

I have no exception defined under the "Exceptions" Tab. Also pf is currently allowing access to the relevant email servers

You may want to post a link to this issue, if it did not exist in 9.002, here: https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/52/t/28590 so that there's a better chance of Sophos personnel seeing it.

updating to 9.004 fixed the issue. I am getting emails properly for the account and the quarantine report works. However, I am still getting :

2012:10:02-19:18:53 ****** pop3proxy[28502]: Prefetcher exception occurred

The prefetch exception error was resolved by removing a duplicate server from the prefetch settings
