  • What is the blacklisted regex expression?

Could you please post the relevant lines from the log?

    Hi,
    I have a some problem
I have added "*@51deal.vn" in the Sender blacklist of "Email security/Pop3/Anti-Spam". But i still receive email from this address with these content:

    From: 51deal.vn@51deal.vn
    To: vinhle@abc.com.vn
Subject: Buy things with 0$ prices!
    Reason: sender_blacklist
Extra: 51deal.vn@51deal.vn matched ^.*@51deal\.vn$ on global sender blacklist
    Size: 38 KB
    Action: Release

In additional, the subject of this email didn't add spam marker.

So, how to config that i can't receive email from the sender blacklist?
Or, ASG add spam marker to the subject of this email?

    Rgds.
  • A better way is to look in the Message Options of this email in Outlook.
There you can find the Returnpath and other information of the mail-sender.

Because you probably set a blacklist for an email comming from @maildomain.com while the original sender locates at @mail.domain.tw.com.cn
This is a snaeky trick to crawl under your fence into your system.
  • Folks,

I wonder? Does Blacklisted Address Patterns have a threshold of domains?
Why am I not finding the older domains added to the list?
We may have a bug in the Firmware version: 9.510-5Pattern version: 152711 Do sophos Utm?
I already use several RBLs (Realtime Blackhole Lists) ... I still need to add more domains in the send backlist

    Thank you

    At.
