More than two quarantine reports.

Can we please have the option to add more than two quarantine reports a day?

We are a global company and we cannot set quarantine report times so that some office is basically a whole working day without receiving customer email due to quarantine report coming too late or too early in the day.

I know this should be a feature request, but is there a way to manually hack this in for the time being?  (Yes, will void warranty etc).

Any assistance or ideas appreciated.  We need a minium of 3 a day, though once every 6 hours would be nice.

  • I am sorry, but the quarantine report cannot be triggered via a shell command.

  • Yep, just dug through crontab, it's not there....  bummer, that would have been an easy workaround.

    "alle 2 Stunden zwischen 07:00 und 17:00" = "every 2 hours between 7AM and 5PM"
    "Digest stündlich" = "hourly report"

Add the desired lines to /etc/crontab-static .  Then, in WebAdmin, in 'Management >> Up2Date' change 'Firmware Download Interval' to "Manual," [Apply], change it back to its original value and [Apply] again.  This step incorporates crontab-static into crontab.

    Cheers - Bob
