How to use third-party CA for email encryption

We have a problem where emails we send are not recognised by the recipient's email client. This is because we are using the self-signed certificate created on the Options tab of Mail Security/Encryption.

We'd therefore like to use a trusted third-party certificate, ie one from a root that recognised by Outlook, Apple's Mail.app, Thunderbird, etc.

How can this be done in Astaro?

What sort of certificate do I need to buy? I don't want to have to create one for every email address.

Any recommendations re who sells such a certificate and what they call them?

Thanks,

James.
