There is currently a bug in 7.4.03 where emails are detected as having unscannable attachments, when they do not even contain any attachments.
Unfortunatley Astaro did not see fit to publish this anywhere, so I have had to waste my time once again chasing Astaro for an answer only to find they already know about it. They cannot provide a hotfix for this either and are telling me just to wait for 7.5 to come out.
So my choices are a) uncheck quarantine unscannable content and potentially let through dodgy stuff
or b) spend approx. the next 2 and half weeks until 7.5 comes out checking the quarantine area 24/7 releasing falsely quarantined emails
(because our company policy is we don't let the users release them from the spam reports).
So once again I am unimpressed with the way Astaro do not publicise known issues.
