With every mail what is blocked by UTM, or by black sender list (userbased, global based) you will receive a message.
Is that anywhere to reconfigure?

Yes, there used to be box to untick, but I can't find it on my UTM. Maybe it is in the user portal configuration?

Update. Go it, Mail protection -> smtp -> data protection -> data protection policy
