We're finally in a position to move away from our on-prem Exchange 2016 server to O365. At the moment, our mx records point to the UTM which is used as an smtp relay to forward on email to the Exchange server. I'm happy for EOP to handle the security/spam side of things to replace the UTM functionality but I'm trying to find a step by step best practice guide to migrate our on-prem mailboxes while retaining mall flow. There's so much info out there but a lot of it seems out of date and doesn't perhaps reflect the changes to the hybrid config.
Does anyone have any up to date recommendations on how I handle the migration?
