SG135 Blocking SMTP

 I have a client with an SG135 and an in-house Exchange server. For whatever reason, I cannot get external access (testing with Telnet) to the mail server on port 25. As a test, I setup port DNAT with port 26 and forwarded it to port 25 via NAT and the Exchange server answers there fine, but never on port 25. I thought maybe it was email protection that needed to be enabled, so the client purchased that protection but even with that enabled, port 25 is being blocked. I checked the logs and it says that it is being blocked by "firewall rule 0" which is the default implicit FW rule.

I'm at a loss. I have setup DNAT for RDP and that worked fine, so I went ahead and just changed the service to SMTP, but still no love. I am at wit's end here.

I don't have the firmware updated to 5.10, but I will try that this evening.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    It appears that your client has an XG, not a UTM, so you will want to post your question in the Email Protection forum in that community.  You will want to be ready to show a line from the Firewall log and a picture of the Edit of the Firewall rule that you believe should have allowed the traffic.
