Argh! The other forum was a great resource for a noob like me. Now that I can't search it, I will need to ask this question here.
As we all know...when a user receive's an email from the system showing their quarantined email, once of the links allows the user to release or whitelist the email. It looks like this is done over port 3840 (regular http, not https, but I would rather it used https if possible). Internally, this seems to work just fine, I was able to release an email that was in quarantine.
However, when outside my home network, external to the UTM, that port doesn't appear to be open and trying to release an email, say from a mobile device, doesn't work. What rules do I need to put in place to get port 3840 to respond to the external interface as well? I have a number of email users that are external to my network and would rather not force them to log into the user portal to release quarantined email if I don't have to.
Thanks!
