Exchange 2007 POP3 and UTM 9 Prefetch

I have an 2007 Exchange server setup on a 2008R2 Small business server.

It had been working fine but now I seem to sporadically lose emails.

My Exchange is setup to POP3 out every 5 minutes and Prefetch mode is setup for 5.5 minutes

This has me thinking that this is not setup right. Can anyone tell me how this is to be setup or send me a link to information on how to set this up properly?

I can't find anything specific to this setup.
