Hi, I am wanting to use the Data Protection policy rule on our UTM 9 (9.506-2) but cannot seem to get it to trigger for anything. I have included UK NHS numbers in the Sophos Content Control Lists Rules and sent an email to a personal email address with a valid NHS Number in but nothing is blocked.
I am not sure if there is anything I am missing or does it have to be a multiple list of numbers or a spreadsheet containing a list that would trigger it rather than an individual?
