iView2 installation, vm disk size

Hello,
a customer installed iview2 (VI-SIVOS_02.00.0.VMW-092.zip) in a new vm and now asks, if he can simply increase the size of the default 500gb disk size to the size that he had bought? (1TB) before he boots the vm or if this has to be done in another way? Does the machine automatically extend the volume to the new size?

Thanks!

You can simply expand the disk. Iview will take advantage of the new space.

To do this, just expand the disk in your hypervisor any time iview is shutdown, the next reboot the extra space will be available. There is nothing else that needs to be done on your part.
