Cannot open iView reporting

Hello,

I downloaded iView and performed a fresh install on a host running Hyper-V.

After performing basic configuration, I tried accessing the iView reporting page at *iviewIP*:8000 but the web page is not opening. 

Has anyone encountered this before with iView ?

    Using https the page does not load at all. :/

    I am also getting these e-mails: 

    "iView Garner daemon not running - restarted"

    I get them in batches of 4 every few minutes.

    Tried reinstalling iView, but still the same problems.
