Downgrade license type from SG210 to SG135

Hi,

 I upgraded my licence type from SG135 to SG210 by mistake on myutm account, now i can't apply my SG135 renewal key it says : 

  • licenseType has to be SG135 or SG135w to apply this key!


 how can i switch my license type back to SG135.

    Salut Benaissa and welcome to the UTM Community!

    There is nothing you can do other than contact your reseller and Sophos.  Hopefully, you still have a copy of your original license.  At worst, when your SG 135 licensing expires, you will just buy a new license instead of extending the subscription on the old one.

    Please let us know the result of your contact with Sophos.
