New UTM 9 Home install (9.501-5) - User Portal - Only 4 options listed

What things have you enabled?  configure a Remote Access method for your user and login again to the User Portal.

Hi, I guess as a newbie I might well be missing the point here however here goes.

When you say "What things have I enabled" where are these listed as the Management > User Portal > Disable Portal Items section shows nothing is currently disabled.  

The account I'm using is mine which is in the SuperAdmin group, I'm connecting from my LAN so didn't believe I needed a "Remote Access method" for such an access.  Have I missed something obvious?

Sorry that I wasn't clearer, Steve.  I mean that there won't be a selection for 'Remote Access' in the User Portal for your user until after you enable a Remote Access method for your user.  There won't be any tabs related to Email until you enable the POP3 or SMTP Proxy. Etc.  If you want to prevent access to those tabs after they show, you can prevent them from appearing by selecting them to be disabled on the 'Advanced' tab of 'User Portal'.

Hi Steve,

the UTM shows in userportal only tab for features which are enabled too the user. so if you didn't see the remote-access tab you should enable remote access for the user.

so you hat to create a remote access rule (f.e. remote access SSL), put the user who should get the tab into the user group and now you'll see the tab after refreshing the page.
