I'm having a little issue in which I'm hoping that I can get some advise on. My Home Edition licence for Sophos UTM 9 expires in 29 days, but I don't appear to have the option to re-new the licence OR create a new one. I have two Home accounts on the licence portal (one was setup for a test environment). I had logged-on with the test account and I deleted the UTM Home licence, but when I try to create a new licence... I only have options for activating with an activation key and for creating a UTM SW Essential Firewall license. I don't want to delete the UTM Home licence from my main account, as I'm concerned that I won't be able to create a new one!
Would I be looking in the wrong place, is there something I'm doing wrong?
