9.5 Update Broke Box

I used the admin interface to update to 9.5. My Sophos box is now completely inoperable. When connecting a monitor + keyboard to the machine, I can't even hit F2 for "details" as the screen suggests. My network has zero external connectivity.

This is completely unacceptable. I'll be moving on to a new solution as soon as time allows.. that is, tomorrow, when it's not 11pm.

I assume you guys tested the 9.5 update prior to release? Whatever testing you performed, you may want to make it a little more robust next time around to as to avoid losing supporters in the future.

    Your experience indicates something other than a bug in the UTM software.  There are some complaints about problems with built-in wireless APs and challenges with REDs that include a wireless AP, but none of sudden death as you experienced.  You might want to check your hard drive.
