ASG110/120 no power on

Hello

 

i have a asg110/120 here.

it was running utm 9.4 until yesterday.

now when connecting the power supply only the power button lights up blue.

pressing the power button does nothing. no leds on the front are on.

i have already changed the power supply with no luck.

 

please help.

    Hi, Bjorn, and welcome to the UTM Community!

    It does sound like you have a dead device.  If you have a paid license, Sophos will replace the unit under warranty.  If your license is the free home-use type, you should look at the threads at the top of this forum that discuss desirable hardware.
